Will Weber 

Will has over a decade of experience developing, designing and project-managing a range of luxury residential and hospitality properties for high-net-worth clients. His portfolio includes homes in prestigious global markets such as Mayfair, Belgravia, Notting Hill, Monaco, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, The Hamptons and Nantucket. His expertise lies in identifying new development opportunities and creating strategies to maximise property value at every level, while his passion for architecture drives him to deliver exceptional properties. 

Raised between the US and the UK, Will began his career at Perkins Eastman in New York, one of the world’s largest architecture and planning firms. After completing a master’s degree in real estate development, he has collaborated with a diverse group of developers, agencies, family offices and investors, offering services spanning acquisitions, design, construction and marketing. 

Working across various American and British markets has fostered a deep understanding of urban economics and a keen eye for market-driven design. 

Will also spent over a decade as a real estate reporter for Curbed.com, covering the Los Angeles and New York markets.

Sandra Weber 

Sandra has studied and worked in the field of design for many years in her native London. On moving to the United States, she developed a passion for gardens and established a second career in landscape design. Sandra holds certificates in both Landscape Design & Horticulture from The New York Botanical Garden and has since worked mainly with leading landscape architects in Greenwich, CT and for private clients. Her aim is to create beautiful, sustainable designs that resonate with the landscape and architecture of the site. Sandra is based between England and the US.
