His expertise lies in identifying new development opportunities and creating strategies to maximise property value at every level, while his passion for architecture drives him to deliver exceptional properties.
Raised between the US and the UK, Will began his career at Perkins Eastman in New York, one of the world’s largest architecture and planning firms. After completing a master’s degree in real estate development, he has collaborated with a diverse group of developers, agencies, family offices and investors, offering services spanning acquisitions, design, construction and marketing.
Working across various American and British markets has fostered a deep understanding of urban economics and a keen eye for market-driven design.
