We are actively seeking a commercial property for the retrofit redevelopment of an outdated hotel. Our vision is to create a boutique retreat with a signature restaurant and bar, introducing an elevated hospitality experience to Guernsey. The project will blend exceptional design with a curated guest experience. Weber Projects will oversee acquisitions, feasibility, construction project management, interior design and day-to-day project delivery.
