An 8,500 sq ft new-build in Bel Air, this three-level home was created following acquisition and demolition of the original structure, delivering six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gym, cinema, and an infinity pool, plus 2,500 sq ft of outdoor space. Over a 1.5-year programme, we provided the full architectural drawing set, planning package, interior fit-out, and construction procurement. The scheme was delivered for $6 million with a GDV of $13 million.
