Site Analysis: 

• Measured site surveys.

• Appointment of third-party surveys where needed (structural, site, etc.).

Architectural Design: 

• Space-planning in CAD (plans, elevations, dimensions, and finish details).

• 3D modelling in SketchUp for decision-making and third-party tendering.

• 2D drawing sets for contractor and fit-out vendors.

• Lighting and electrical location plans and elevations. 

Planning: 

• Compilation and submission of planning applications when necessary, including design and access statements (minimise where possible). 

Interior Design & Staging: 

• Interior design concept tailored to target demographic buyers.

• Procurement of interior fit-out materials, furniture, finishes and equipment (FF&E).

• Appoint 3rd party designers as needed.

• Staging of all furniture post-construction.

• Art curation and placement throughout the home.
